As much as I like RNH, giving up Mantha and taking on cap dump of Neal is a no go. He is not worth nearly what he makes.

I wouldn't do RNH for Mantha straight up! He's a rental, older and doesn't have as much potential in my eyes. Yes we could extend him but he just doesn't fit our rebuilding scheme. This makes no sense for the red wings unless you are giving up a ton of picks. Also, I don't get your title Oilers make out like bandits in this 3 way trade!!!
