NSH has no use for Kerfoot, and $2M retention isn't reasonable. If the Preds were going to move Ellis, they'd need to be blown away by the offer. This offer has too many negatives for them.

I don't think this gets Ellis. Also Winnipeg really needs Defence and a quality centre, so adding more $$ on the wings isn't something they'll be interested in
