Tried to assume the least amount of changes but I'd totally agree with you

Wish they targeted Kerfoot instead, could have been a good 3C option.

Pens fans may not like it but Kapanen could very well score 60 points on Crosby's wing

If you find a viable trade partner for a good center, count us in. We're also interested.

In all reality, you're almost of tradeable resources at this point. No 1sts until 2022, a 2021 2nd, and your best prospects are dwindling. The best the Penguins can probably do is a "decent and reliable" 3C. Shouldn't cost you $6 million and might be able to get a UFA for that instead of trade.

Oh yea, kinda missed that😂 I thought it would say like 15OA it something if it was a 2020 so I assumed 2021 without thinking.

The good news is that the top 6 is fast and interchangable, the bad news is that it doesnt fix the other holes in the lineup. The 4th line is good not great, Blueger and Tanev are great guys to play there and ZAR is fine but would be nice to see a speedy winger down there. I don't know what you do with the 4th line. McCann is great and pray they give him the time to get his game back from this season, but hornqvist doesnt really benefit from playing on a third line that doesnt generate a lot of chances or shots. I still like Simon but not sure he fits there either. Can't imagine GMJR is moving forward with these forwards as is. Guess we'll see (im scared)

I think a starting goalie, a 3C in Bjugstad and a young top 9 winger can get you a 2C no?

Bjug can't get you much nowadays. Too injury prone. Not many teams are willing to take a chance. You're on to something about the wingers though. Maybe Starting Goalie and a winger could get you that. Which winger you thinking will get moved?
