Of all the Hornqvist to the Preds proposals on here lately, this is the first I've seen where it could make some sense for NSH.

With Turris' contract that doesn't make sense for Pittsburgh. Plus Hornqvist is still pretty darn productive despite people claiming he is declining.

I think Winnipeg just keeps Perreault. No need to trade him for a guy coming of spinal surgery.

The odds of Turris rebounding from his past two seasons being surrounded by PIT's offense is probably greater than Hornqvist not declining sharply. I think he has already declined somewhat, but at his age and with his playing style, he could fall off the cliff pretty rapidly. It's a risky trade for both teams.
