Grant will get a bit more on the open market. But you can get a 4th liner for the price or close to it but overall decent team. Feels like you would need someone like more defensive then severson. Maybe Gudas or the guys from VAN

Wishful thinking with Grant but as you mentioned a similar player for that price, or Grant for a bit more could still work.

Severson has pretty solid transition numbers on a loose NJD team, not that the leafs were much better in that category.

Either way i feel like you still play Muzzin pairing against top lines but Severson still gives Rielly more support than any other dman he’s played with in his career.
