NHL News Updates reported that sources from MLSE are working on it. Again, just a rumor so who knows but it would be interesting for the Leafs, I would think they would need to add more.

If thats all it takes to get Parayko there are 30 other teams that out bid the Leafs

It’s from NHLTradeRumors, not a credible source. Granted, who knows, maybe the Blues move Parayko, but if they do, they need to be sure they’re able to retain Pietrangelo.

It must be a TOR source...can't imagine why STL would take Johnsson, unless they flip him or have a separate deal ready for Steen or Schwartz....no?

What do you mean they're not credible!?!?! They've got Jonathan Quick rumored to be going to either "Chicago, Buffalo, Carolina, or EVEN THE TORONTO MAPLE LEAFS!"

Our boy Shug McSween also thinks that 1 year of Freddie gets Sam Bennett, David Rittich, and Calgary's 1st rounder. "What would make more sense for the Leafs would be d-man Noah Hanifan and picks"
and "There's also a chance they deal Andersen, and try and sign Stanley Cup champion, Braden Holtby to a 3-5 year deal and bring someone in who can win the big game."

There's also a "rumor" that's titled "Robin Lehner shows why Vegas doesn't need Marc Andre Fleury".

Edit: It's weird that Shug gets as much air-time here as he does...50% of his posts involve Leafs trades...

to get the blues to move Parayko the Leafs would have to overpay... I think Johnsson Dermott and a 1st would at least start a discussion of a possibility.

In my opinion, I just can’t see a Parayko trade without moving one of the big four.

Which would then cause us to lose Petro for sure... so... not then, either.
