Larsson is a UFA so you can just sign him.

We’re only dealing Norris if the return is Lundkvist AND we’ve decided L. Brown is capable of holding down that 2C spot long term

I’m confident you don’t have to worry about Brown to solve your 2C spot after this draft is over

Byfield will be our 1C. We still need Brown or Norris to step up and be a 2C. White is probably best as a 3C long term

Too much youth and inexperience IMO to rely on Byfield+Brown/Norris to be your 1-2C the next couple of years

What are you offering CBJ in return for Murray? He's definitely available either by himself or as part of a package.

What are their needs? And what do you personally wants from NYR realistically?

Top-6 scoring forwards, particularly Cs. We'd almost certainly have interest in Strome's RFA rights. Murray wouldn't get that straight up, but he could be part of a package. Buchnevich could be an option at the right price, too.

Both are certainly available, especially Strome if I get my wet dream true and NYR take advantage of Arizona and trade for Dvorak
Only prospect I find enticing in Columbus are Marchenko. Other then that it would have to be picks attached to Murray, but you have not so many mid-picks coming years

Jarmo's already intimated Marchenko isn't available, and I think he's wise to play it that way. We've got Veini Vehvilainen as a good G prospect, and Tim Berni and Jacob Christiansen as decent D prospects.

For good or worse, goalie prospects is the last thing NYR needs :’)
Don’t really finds those defenseman enticing, guess the middle ground will be some mid pick where I can hype up some prospect in the draft on my own

We could send a 2021 3rd, but after our 1st this year, our next pick is in the 4th round.

Normal circumstances I'd say Sundqvist is off limits. With the cap nightmare going on right now, I'd move him for a 2nd and a good prospect if other options didn't pan out. Maybe Zac Jones and a 2nd or 3rd. If we're being real, he scores at a better rate than Kapanen, he's cheaper, and he plays great defense and PK, but I don't think anyone else is dumb enough to give a first and a quality prospect for him.
