Hes your 2nd best defenseman

Rather shop Perron than Dunn especially if you're gonna sign someone like Hoffman.

Why are you sending a D owed 9M real dollars this year and next to a team in a cap crunch and cash-strapped?

Sorry, but I disagree. A lot of his numbers look great, but he fails to demonstrate the capacity to play disciplined defense. Also, I just don’t see him developing into a top-4 defenseman that can hold down 20+ minutes of ice per game. Also, the Blues have a similar player with a high ceiling in Perunivich. Can’t picture a competitive playoff lineup with two small stature D.

Dunn hits like a truck. Plays good defense by playing less defense. His decision making would be one thing that could improve as he gets older and learns more about playing the right way. Skating, puck skills are his strengths and are much harder to improve upon. I'd keep him, especially if you're going to give his money to Brenden Dillon.

Blues need more scoring, especially with Tarasenko injured. Perron is your only established RW that competes consistently. With Perunivich coming, Dunn is expandable and coveted.

You lack the understanding of his pairing mate. You also have to understand after him on the left side we are complete ****. Gunnarsson’s contract is up and Scandella is definitely no Dunn. So I completely disagree with trading Dunn. It’s a stupid idea especially when we have already been weak on the left side.

Expendable no. Because Gunnarsson is already out the door. Perunovich isn’t even established he could crap down the hole shoot. If you get rid of Dunn expect Scandella as first Pairing and that already looks horrendous

Perron also plays Left Wing. Schwartz is Left Wing, not complete **** and if Thomas moves to Center Schenn plays left too, and Kyrou has played left side as well. We have some options it’s not like it’s complete garbage.
