Not gonna lie, this is not even crazy.

The crazy part begins when they have to resign Dahlin and Jokiharju next summer

I think they'll get it done. Money will move around.

They have to, but I think they would move more or less every asset not named Jack Eichel to keep Dahlin

I don't see an issue if they are extras tbh. Better them than CJ Smith and JS Dea.

Mojo being off at 4.5 and one year left of Risto at 5.4 can be traded pretty easy I’d think, especially if he plays like last year instead of the two prior. That gets 9.9. Backfill with cheap ELC, and that would be enough for bridges

Maybe trade Montour as well? Their top 2 RHD are Joki & Risto (need his toughness), Montour & Miller are luxury 3rd pair they can't afford, so go cheap w/ Borgen.

Both played well w/ the Amerks, another year should help both IMO.

Thanks for retaining some of Hutton’s salary, but the Wild are trying to sell their below average goalie business, not expand it...

They’re not retaining on Hutton and picking up a more expensive goaltender.

It's taking a chance on Dubnyk bouncing back

I'd envision MIN waive Hutton and bury him for even more cap room to run Stalock and Kahkonen?

It’s not about that, it’s about the money. They won’t spend it. More likely they take a chance on Hutton bouncing back after being able to see again.

Even if you’re right that doesn’t change the fact they won’t do it.

Yeah, Ullmark is the man for now in Buff, they're waiting on Ukko Pekka ..., Hutton is fine for them as a backup.

You don't have to worry about Frolik, he signed in Europe.
