Big undersell on Holl.

Brodie's not gonna sign that cheap. He didn't even want to get traded to Toronto... why would he take a hometown discount now...

Holl is literally a bottom pair D at best. Fair value.

Agreed on the FA front- Brodie gets at least 1.25 more, Tanev at least 1 more, and Soderberg would cost around 4M too... not even close

Putting mid level pieces together doesn’t get you a first round pick. I’d give a second for Kerfoot and fourth for Engvall. Together they’re still only worth a second and a fourth
