If the Hawks own value of Roy is playing him as their 2nd line C then why would Strome be an upgrade for Vegas? And losing Tuch for DeHaan and a 3rd?

I Don't think Roy is a 2nd center, I think he's either 3rd or 4th but I think Cat-Roy-Tuch would be a good line. Strome is better than Stastny and I think we could work out well for them.
de Haan could be easily replaced with Maata but de Haan is better defensively and could switch to LD and RD and would be an upgrade over Holden
