Just wanna be the first to say Strome isn't worth 2 firsts, Ideally a 1st, realistically a 2nd, even more realistically a 1-year arbitrated deal then flipped at deadline for a 2nd.

I like Strome but risking two 1sts and that contract on him is insane.
Perreault is a cap dump, he'll cost assets to move him, can't see anyone giving two picks for Lowry, just the 4th seems about right.
Killorn says no to Winnipeg, so does Toffoli but they'd both be great additions, that defense is still a mess, that bottom 6 would be a trillion times better then it currently is.. Lol

How about this?
New York Rangers
- Jack Roslovic
- Mathieu Perreault
Winnipeg Jets
- Ryan Strome
- Brendan Smith

How about Strome, Buchnevich, Smith for a 2021-1st
and a 2022 3rd?

Buch alone is worth way more. I don't really see that.

Well, it would be Christmas for the Rangers if they got two firsts for Stome. And for Strome if he got that contract.

Personally I wouldn't make any of these trades, outside of the Matty P cap dump. Two first for Strome? come on
Jets need that 2C and, even though Strome can play C, I don't think he's that guy.

It was discussed on here he was worth a 2nd and
a B-prospect, add in the cap dump of Smith and it's getting close, maybe I should change the 3rd to a 2nd, idk if it's that far off though.

It is a bit of a gamble but out of the other RFA Centers available for trade he may be the best bet, yes he was playing with elite skill but so was Cirelli in Tampa, and the other strome in Chicago also put up career numbers with kane on his wing. He's 26 so age wise fits in with the core, if they were to take a 1st and 2nd though for him or a deal set around that cap dump of smith listed about I'd be fine with that to. Maybe he finally figured it out like wild bill in vegas, if he's a 50-60 point center going forwards cap hit is fine and if he's putting up 60-70 points were set at the position for four years.

There's no way Strome is worth two 2nds though, Chevy has been getting played for the last few years in trades though so anything is possible I guess.. Lol

I would put Buch on Ehlers tier. If that would be enough for Ehlers in your opinion maybe...

He'll be there. Gradually improving and still young. Check his Advanced Statistics.
