Personally, I don't think it's bad. The team is definitely better and it fits nicely under the cap.

The biggest issue I'd say is trading Johnsson for Dickinson. Not sure how Stars fans feel about him, but he had a solid year this year. I think he's probably as good as Kerfoot, but at half the price so I think he'll cost a little more in a trade. Maybe send Kerfoot and a pick to Dallas for Dickinson and then trade Johnsson for the picks? As for the Andersen trade, I think he's gonna get less back than Leafs fans are going to be happy with. Doesn't sound like the Leafs have much leverage in negotiations, they're already selling low and you could throw your hat in the ring for UFAs that are better than Andersen or trade for someone of equal caliber and give up less. That return looks fair tbh, but it's hard to tell how reality is going to shake out.

Overall though, this team looks pretty good.
