Description
I honestly have no idea what Domi's contract value would be... I compared him to Brayden Schenn... that seems reasonable to me.

Funniest stuff I've seen.. Give up your most talented asset for Domi, Kulak and only a 2nd round pick.. WOW! If Bergevin does this trade he gets GM of the year 3 years straight..

Connor, last three years combined has better stats than Laine, has not complained about being in Winnipeg, has not complained when he's not matched up to Laine, has the players and coaches respect, is signed to a multi-year deal and, again.. has not complained being in Winnipeg.

If this ever happens, Detroit's whole GM team and scouts will be put on mandatory drug testing,.

smrtguy90 needs to change his name .... unless it shows his side by having missed that "a"...

I'd be happy to add, say Juulsen to the trade. It was just a starting point.

.. Juulsen, three 1st round picks, Mete... Stocking the Detroit vending machines for the next 50 years, ... ...

1) Laine has not once complained about being in Winnipeg... It's a false narrative borne out of him asking for more ice time. In fact, he is the player who coined the overused phrase "Winnipeg is Good"

2) There's no evidence anyone "doesn't respect" him... On the contrary, Blake Wheeler offered to move to C when Little went down, because... and I quote, "By the time I'm done in the league, my goal is for Patrik Laine to be in the "best player" conversation."

3) Connor's entire success is tied to Mark Scheifele, he mostly disappears when he and Scheifele are separated. Both Ehlers and Laine are better players than Connor. Connor is terrific at getting to the right spots finish plays, but he doesn't do any play driving, and is somehow worse defensively than Laine is.

I'd probably do some research next time you decide to go nuts on a thread.

Sorry.. I based my info on multiple threads on TSN, Sportsnet, and other various actual NHL news sites. But, yeah.. You're right.. Sure.

PS. no players will come out straight say that he's had some attitude in the locker room, but reporters have come out and indicating this.
