Re-tool - Back in finals based on feedback

Created by: Propeller09
Team: 2020-21 Boston Bruins
Initial Creation Date: Sep. 2, 2020
Published: Sep. 2, 2020
Salary Cap Mode: Basic
Description
Bought Rask out. I think he retires. I can't see him playing in Boston, and I don't see him re-locating. He will be traded and retire because he doesn't want to go. So, I think they will have a little more cap space.

Buried Moore.

Goalie signing is 1 year deal to Vet like Crawford, Lehner, Holtby, Markstrom, Khudobin. Depending on how they feel about Swayman's readiness and CAP. Let them fight it out. I'd be ok with Holtby or Lehner for longer term, but not sure they can afford.

why do people keep trading for puljujarvi? limited time in the nhl wasnt good, playing in a much worse league in sweden. I wouldnt spend any assets for him. i would just keep kuraly as i dont think lauko is ready yet. Big pass on holtby. probs not enough for but i dont think they trade debrusk for nurse just to handcuff themselves to taylor hall.

Your not getting jp for that. I’m on board for a nurse debrusk deal but zero chance jp is involved.

Dont want Nurse for Debrusk... Not tryna downgrade Senyshyn to Jesse and give up Kuraly for free
Dont wanna bury Moore, would rather just trade him away for a 7th or 6th

Oy not good

Two sides...

One side might actually follow what’s going on and actually value young talented kid and recognize what went wrong. The other poster seems to be the type that will follow others that flap their mouths without knowing anything about the player...... big strong highly skilled forward has a heavy good shot doesn’t generally play physically but with his frame excellent at puck protection skills. Very valued piece of the oilers organization. It’s pretty simple to look at the situation and think would holland spend a year of his time putting out a fire caused by someone else if this player wasn’t worth it?

I know exactly what went wrong, doesnt mean the kid wants to play for the oilers, doesnt mean the kids value has gone up at all since going to europe. I equate JP to Alexandar kohklachev. prospect that wasnt used correctly, prospect gets flamed by the coach, prospect says im out and doesnt return to the nhl. same thing could and probably will happen to JP if the oilers dont trade him. OH and just like lias anderssen good luck getting any sort of thrilling return on an asset that publicly said i want out.

I don’t know how long you’ve been a Bruins fan, but if you wanna know what happened with Puljujarvi... Peter Chiarelli!

One can only imagine what could’ve happened if Jesse was left in FINLAND for his draft +1 and developed properly with more AHL time.

i know exactly what happened. they picked a promising player, brought him over a year or 2 too early. Kid underperforms because he isnt ready. kid gets mad because he came over and the team is ruining his career. kid leaves to go build up his career again. Team loses the prospect because hes pissed about his development.
