Why no Fehevary?


I was choosing between Fehervary and Siegenthaler. I didn't want Fehervary to be carried as an extra defenseman when he could be getting a lot more ice time in the AHL. Siegenthaler is probably the best PKer on the team, which adds some value for him.

Alexeyev probably needs one more year in the AHL but he had a great season in Hershey. Caps management is really high on him and see him as a future top 4 guy
