If Drouin has any type of breakout season, he's not going to settle for 3 m a year.

Unless they each take a value contract like stamkos did, they would each probably be looking closer to around $6m per year elsewhere...18m+ total.

As mentioned by several above, I imagine that we are talking 3 very different figures as far as what Drouin thinks he's worth, what he's actually worth, and what he actually gets. But I think all 3 of those are higher than 3 M AAV (unless he regresses significantly from where he was during the playoff run)
