You seem to overvalue your players about as bad as leafs fans. It must be something in the water up there.

Price’s Trade value has dropped. He is getting older by the day, and his salary has actually increased relative to the team total salary (%) since there is no cap increase. There are too many viable Goalie options this offseason that won’t cost $10M.

Not to mention that Habs just first acquired his replacement, which means they will be in a more desperate position to unload him, either by trade, buy him out, or pay Seattle to take him.
Just ask FLA how they like their $10M man in net...they are choking on that decision right about now.

You had me until you said Allen is prices replacement.
He’s a backstop that can reliably take 25 starts from Carey price.
