I personally think this is ridiculous, but look at this article. I’m kind of shocked and don’t know what to say. Buffalo would be stupid to do it, but it looks like we aren’t content with giving up a ton for him. NOT MY PROPOSAL! JUST SOMETHING I SAW!

Sabres really need to get better so Eichel can get more attention this is an ridiculous offer.

Right dude. I thought the same thing. I was expecting Chytil to at the very least be a part of the offer along with a defense prospect. Was shocked they had us getting back the 8th overall pick as well.

Definitely blew my mind. I’m actually shocked the offer included 8th overall coming back to us and not another first going your way at the very least. That means the writer believes the difference between 1st and 8th is Eichel and McCabe for Strome and Andersson. I don’t know what to say here.

Even a biased fan would have to recognize how bad an offer that would be right? Or they’ve never heard or seen Jack Eichel play, which seems odd to me.

Funny part was the comments section saying Buffalo needs to retain like $3 mil of Eichel’s contract if they want more cost controlled pieces. I don’t associate with those types of delusional Ranger fans because that is just beyond bad.
