They need to try to add more forwards without giving up the only couple forwards that can produce. For example trading Montour, Miller or Ristolainen.

Domi is better than Reinhart

He has never been. Montreal has to add considerably to this deal.

In your opinion. What is not opinion is that he is younger and has produced more lately at least. Reinhart is the better player and it’s not that close. Being Jack Eichel’s best friend doesn’t hurt anything either. So I very much doubt he gets traded, especially within the division. But if he were Montreal would have to add something significant to this trade.

Reinhart is better but plays a less important position. I bet they both get contracts that their teams regret. But both at 6m?- reinhart all day.

Domi is just as bad at center as Reinhart is. Neither one of them is really a center. The team who trades for him to use him as a center will be sorely disappointed. Domi is above average, Reinhart is still a significantly better player.
