Krug Drysdale Cirelli Demko

Description
Build back to front and wheel and deal this offseason. In an offseason like no other, no reason why Stevie Y can’t make a bunch of moves even if they aren’t these ones but are attempts at similar transactions

Missing out on the top 3 of the draft , why not target the best d man if there’s no clear cut choice? Build this team back to front. I haven’t followed the draft prospects as closely this year so I may be way off but drysdale’s skating makes him sound like a sure thing to me. Rather than risk another first round bust forward

Cirelli is a dicey one and I doubt Tampa ends up moving him but something to try. If not Cirelli, then just to showcase that we can go out there and buy someone over priced whether it be free agency or trade because of our cap position. Could be any of those other overpaid 2c’s or a ufa on a one year deal to flip at the deadline. But someone to fill 2c, at least if Cirelli doesn’t work.

What’s the cost on Krug? I think we should go after him. A dollar over 7x7 though and I’m probably out. Does a better team have ability to pay that?

Lol I forgot we still had Nielsen and filps on this roster. Imagine the cap to spend without those guys. Hall ever on the table if you paid him a massive amount?

LOL why does every DET trade involve Eriksson and Demko? Why would the Canucks deal away Demko just to dump Eriksson's contract. Yes he's at 6M for two more seasons but the Canucks still have room

imagine selecting Jack Hughes with the 1st pick in 2022. but i doubt tampa will have that pick, they trade it for some cheap physical player by then

Pass on that Tampa trade, we aren’t going to be that much better with Cirelli so it’s still a top 5 pick next year. I’d love to add Power or Hughes to our D core.

You mean select Shane Wright in the 2022 draft?

It was only 3 games. That doesn’t scrub his subpar regular season away.

Your probably out then lol. If he was willing to sign at $7 million per then most likely he would have already signed an extension with Boston

Oh man what’s he looking for? I think it wouldn’t be smart for any team to give him 8M or around there. He’s good but is he really going to play top 2 level for 7 years?

Rumor is $8+ million

Personally I wouldn't pay him that. Good PP QB and locker room guy/leader, he's below average defensivley and plays a lot of sheltered minutes

Any Detroit offer for Cirelli starts with Hronek and then some.
