If the Pens actually have to pay to get rid of one year of Bjugstad's contract I'll be upset and a little surprised. His biggest issue has been health, which I understand is a concern, but I do believe that there's teams with the ability to take on his cap hit for 1 year that would be willing to give up a later round pick for him without the Pens giving up an earlier pick. When he's healthy he's a decent bottom 6 player which I think the risk of giving up like a 5th round pick for a team that needs depth is worth it.

Just going off the assumption teams won't lineup for a injury-prone $4.1M Bottom 6 forward and Rutherfords pays a third for cap to improve his team

Terrible idea for Anaheim. Why would we trade our top-center-transition to contention for a guy who'll be a free agent when our window opens? Especially one who'll spend the first of his two seasons with us on the bottom pairing.

We'll give you a 2021 second for Miller. Nothing more.
