he is already RFA with a stellar season.... time to cash IN with a great bridge deal or long term 6y x 4,8M
But I feel that Domi alone for Tony is way enough... why adding Mete & 2nd... for Lias who is not happy in the BigApple... remove the 2nd

That's what i'm saying, i don't see Montreal willing or even able to give Tony D anywhere near the amount he will be commanding... He has similar #'s and was draft at the same spot as Thomas Chabot, he probably won't want less than 6-7mil per year. Habs can't pay that with all their upcoming players they'll need to sign next few seasons.

And no he's not a Left D so he won't shift to play Left and doesn't fill a need for us except for maybe being a PP QB.
