Description
It’s a good top 6. Very deep defense. Good goalie tandem. Two question marks for me are the bottom 6 and Greiss contract is a little low.

Absolutely yes to both deals from SJ's perspective I like the thought process. I just don't think NSH bites for that offer seeing as how TB's pick will be in the 30s. We could sub in the 2021 SJ 1st instead but even then I doubt they'd accept, even for Arvidsson alone.

There good deals from SJ. Even think that Edm makes great sense. Edm gets a good middle 6 forward for basically surplus.

Nashville is the bigger deal but my point of view was this. Nashville is in a similar situation to us. There core is just not quite what it used. They still have the elite defense and still would have good depth up top. But here you can clear 6-8 mil(they could flip Sorensen) and lock up maybe a toffoli or guy from Florida who I’m not gonna try to spell. Maybe to entice them we throw in another prospect. But also victor had a down year. He was barely on pace for 40 points. His advanced stats Were way down. And he hasn’t proved he can stay healthy.

So to me a team that could be desperate and a package that isn’t terrible this deal isn’t out the realm of possibility

That's a good point. If they'd be down for this deal or something similar to the sort, I'm all on board and I think you're right, there's a decent chance they could be too.

NSH doesn't trade Arvidsson for that package of spare parts. If EDM is willing to do that Bonino deal, NSH deals with them directly. No need for them to involve SJ.
