Nylander alone MIGHT get you 5th in a vacuum, but doubtful because the optics will shut that down pretty quickly. I think 5 for Nylander isn't far off, really, and many people would entertain it. But beyond that, Johnsson is not close to worth a 2nd, so immediately that's an overpayment on Ottawa's side. Then to further add in a prospect like Batherson, it's beyond pushing it over the top that it's nowhere close. So no, Ottawa declines very easily. If you drop Batherson from that trade, they still decline. If you drop Johnsson and the 2nd from that trade, they might accept, but it's close.
