Probably means Reinhart, Johansson, Ristolainen and Montour will be traded.

And it probably means Eichel won't want to be on the team anymore if they trade some of the only decent players.

They don’t have to trade him if he wants out. I guess he can go play in Europe if he really wanted too.

yes but you don't want a miserable star on a rebuild calibre team. He won't play as well as will just leave the second he gets to UFA. You'd be better off to trade him for an insane amount of quality picks/prospects than to keep a disgruntled star on a bottom feeder.
