Below replacement level. He's by far the worst left d-man in the Habs system right now.

He's absolutely not better than Mete. Mete's a solid defender with elite transitional skills. Edmundson struggles to skate and exit his own zone.

Kulak and Petry are extremely dominant and have been consistent these past 2 seasons when they're paired together. Our team would really hurt if they were separated.

Very little chance Chevy moves 10OA for Danault with an extension and no chance without a reasonable term and dollar extension in place.

The address of the website is literally on the picture.

And considering #1 quality of a defenseman is to get out of his own end, I'd say Mete is pretty good at it. You're just bad at analyzing defensemen. If it doesn't come naturally to you, I recommend you read books on hockey strategy to learn how to understand what you watch.

No, the number one job is keeping the puck out of your net.

And what better to way to keep the puck out of your net than to not be in your zone

Kulak's expected goals against per 60 minutes: 2.12
Mete's expected goals against per 60 minutes: 2.14

Edmundson's expected goals against per 60 minutes: 2.73

Domi was 1.9 while laine was only 1.6. Domi is better than laine

COL declines. Better fit and no assets needed to sign Toffoli or Hoffman.
