Description

With Alex Tuch playing very well right now, Smith might be someone the look at trading to free cap space, especially since right wing is their strongest position. They might try to trade a winger for a 1C and trade stastny, or they could flip these pieces and the pieces they get from stastny to get a 1C.

Vegas has no interest in trading Rielly Smith. He is doing better the Tuch and is a great top 6 forward in the regular season on a great contract. Try bear, a 2020 first and second

The offer here isnt enough but chill with your proposal. A young top 4 rhd, 1st and 2nd for 2 years of a top 6 winger...

You guys are probably stuck with Kris Russel. He's got a NMC so you can't bury him, and he's got a 15 team no trade list, so that cuts off (likely) the bottom 15 teams in the league who also happen to have the cap space to take him on, Ottawa included. I don't think he's going anywhere unless team 16-17 is willing to take him, and you'd probably have to retain some salary and make it worth their while for it to happen.

Man you guys truly are crazy thinking Reilly Smith warrants that much in a trade by himself. I understand he is a decent top-6 winger and is underestimated, but not by that much. lol

If the picks were in different drafts I would do that for larsson. Maybe like 2020 3rd and 2021 2nd but I might be in minority with Nashville fans that would want to break up the josi Ellis pair and go

I added Caleb jones to the deal which I contemplated before, now I think the deal is fair. Lavoie could turn into a top 6 winger, jones could maybe be a top 4 guy. plus the second and samorukov to get a top line winger is probably good.

Ehh...

Anyway I don't see Smith moved within the division. He's too good a 2-way player to give McDrai. Marchessault is most likely on the outs and Tuch will move to LW.
