Completely agree. GMMB gets a lot of flack (I'll leave it for everyone else to debate the merits of that), but his cap situation is great. Whether that's necessarily a product of him doing a good job before COVID is up for other people to debate. Bottom line is that he's the GM.

Totally agree. I think he needs to get on that early and if he intends to resign the Petry's and the Gallagher's and the Danault's of his team, he should consider doing that very soon. My personal preferences are for them to keep all three of those players, and if that means paying upwards of 20 million to do it, than so be it. It's hard to win a cup without guys like Danault and Petry and Gallagher has been outstanding for them.
