    Why is the King on LTIR? Retirement? If so, there would be a 1.5M cap hit for 2 years for recapture.

    The value on Detroit’s trade is fine and they’d probably do it depending on who fell in the draft.

    There isn't a recapture fee for his retirement actually. Contract was signed in the old CBA. I'm sure there would be some sliders at #22.

    Interesting I guess they kicked the cap benefit recapture clause out in the 2013 CBA. Even this article below got it wrong.

    Those writers base their stuff off educated guesses more than actual sources so I don't trust them. Larry Brooks and Rick Carpinello are the guys I read.
