No, he wouldn't.

Jets should target Cernak from TB, seems like the most realistic from a Jets perspective of anyone Tampa might possibly move.

Their D is really lacking after this year with only 3 guys signed. They only have Foote as the most notable D prospect and I doubt he makes the jump next year. They will keep Cernak and look to move one of their centres not named Stamkos or Point with preference to TJ or a winger like Gourde or Palat.

Tampa's within 5 games of winning their 2nd cup and Winnipeg has won 0, So why would Stamkos waive for Winnipeg? And those pieces don't get him anyways.

True but those are all the guys with trade protection, I'm guessing TB management knows one or two of Gourde, Palat, Johnson or Killorn will waive but if not Cernak seems like the one to go, they're not gonna lose Cirelli or Sergachev like so many are dreaming about acquiring.

Cernak is their best RD and really only RD. Sergachev should be the one the Jets should target as Hedman and McDonagh are all LD. Pionk, Niku, and ? for Sergachev

Oh man Sergachev would be great, I just don't see Tampa letting him go though, I think they'll go to great lengths to keep Sergachev.
Cernak and Sergachev would be the perfect D partners for Morrissey and Pionk, will never happen but one can dream.. Lol
I won't be surprised to see Cernak, Sergachev and Cirelli all sign team friendly bridge deals.

Lightning have some decisions to make and will have to entertain all trade offers. Going to be hard to keep all 3 of them. Sergachev is the one that will cost the most so I see him moving. Lots of NTC contracts that players will have to waive for TB to drop salaries even to keep 2 of the 3 RFA's

Offer sheet Sergachev 6.5*5
Cernak 4.3*5

Cost a 1st 2nd and 3rd next year.

They only have 5.3 to ice 7 skaters to get to 22

Lightning are in trouble but I can't see Chevy doing an offer sheet but you never know. If TB put Sergachev out there, there will be lots of interest.
