Giving up 2 Forwards seems unlikely to me. If it was Coots Sanheim and a pick and maybe even York or Brink that is more likely. Don't see them giving up their top scoring wing and the Selke winner. Matthews would be the best flyer since Lindros, but I just don't know if the one player is better than the product you get from both in this scenario. I am nervous about Coots hitting free agency. He'll be asking for 9-10 mil, and though he is underrated, he's more of a 7.5 mil/yr. guy to me.
