Description
This is more of a hypothetical, because I know that the Pegulas don’t like spending a lot, so I don’t think Adams would make a huge trade for an 8mil AAV.


Please don’t call this a troll post, because it’s not. I saw this as an idea in another AGM’s comments, and acted on it. Please give me some feedback on what could be added

Additional Details:
Burns doesn’t have a great contract and isn’t a Norris contender anymore, so he won’t get that many assets in return.

I would rather keep Risto. Burns probably doesn’t want to play in Buffalo either.

Burns has a 3 team trade list, And i seriously doubt that Buffalo is one of those 3 teams.

Terrible trade for Buffalo. Brent Butt Burns is declining and is signed until he is 40+ at 8 mil. Risto not a better player but his age and contract make him much better to keep rather than trade for someone like Burns. The only old D I'd trade for would be Suter or Giordano because those guys are extremely steady and haven't shown a drop of 38 points in their totals from one year to the next
