throwing out a couple ideas and a big shakeup

how far off is this? laines value is tough because his production and potential are insane, but his underlying metrics are underwhelming

note* not very serious and incredibly realistic, I'm just kinda wondering. put your input below / other potential targets for vegas

this offseason is going to be very interesting

what is rakell worth, and what would anaheim chase from vegas if its not marchessault?

No, rather keep a younger player at a better price. I don't believe the rumor about Carlo. If Bruins move him, they need someone to play at RD2 AND they move him for an RW, otherwise he will stay.
(Always wanted Tuch but I guess VGK won't part with him)

Schmidt is a RD by the way- he prefers to play that side over the left for whatever reason. and yeah... it seems like tuch is pretty much untouchable at this point unless its a MAJOR piece

fair enough though, just kinda curious

I think the rumor for Carlo was more about the idea that the bruins might shake things up, and if they make a big splash they will need to part with a player like DeBrusk/Carlo. Theres no indication from the team itself that that is the plan, more speculation. As mentioned earlier, i think Tuch is the guy they'd target. If they trade Carlo for a LHD, they really dont have a replacement for Carlo on RHD, so it creates just as big as a problem as it solves. Im a big fan of Schmidt though!
