I think this trade is fine my only feeling is that we don’t need more lhd prospects really but we need a top lhd now bc we have a lot of lhd prospect. So not sure about which offensive prospect you guys could give instead

If I'd take out Svetch, the first would turn into Carolina's 3rd IMO, Perlini just ain't really that good, I've seen a lot of disbelief directly from wings fans About Svetch so I threw him in there, I believe he'd make a good 3rd line winger on almost any team

Wings have invested too much time in Svech to part ways now that he appears to finally be healthy. Oilers will have to attach a 1st at minimum to Neal if they want someone to take him without sending cap back. Thus there's no reason for Wings to move a young guy they still have some hopes for in this deal

Perlini for Neal + 1st is more than fair, Wings could throw in Erne or Bowey if you're interested tho

I think in order for us to keep svech in there we need this year's first instead of next year's

It cost TOR a 1st round pick to move Marleau's $6.25 million and it cost BOS a late 1st to move $4.5 million Backes.

If EDM wants the NJD 3rd back....they should be offering their 2020 1st in that deal.
