On what freaking planet would Tampa not match that crappy offer sheet on Anthony Cirelli? First off he'd never sign it, And secondly with Killorn off the books Tampa will have nearly $10 million in cap space to work with. And you're freaking nuts if you honestly think that Detroit is surrendering their #32 pick for RD Colin Miller a position we don't need and an aging Carter Hutton that doesn't fit our needs.
