Yeah I figured, what about if I swapped that 3rd rounder for the 2022 1st rounders, would that get Yzerman thinking about it?

I'll trade you abdelkator, pickard and a 2nd for Marino and samuel pouhlin. That's essentially the offer you just gave

Hronek is our best defenseman man. He’s really good. C’mon.

I mean value wise it probably works but hronek is too young to move. Hes our best dman and veleno hasn't even hit the league yet. It just doesmt really fit what theyre trying to do.

A cap dump and a untested goalie and picks that are two and three years away only prolong the rebuild. Hronek is the Wings best defenseman and Veleno is just a kid who showed promise towards then end of his 1st pro season. Trading good cost controlled players, one who proved he can play in the NHL for an older defenseman who has played ok, now where near good and and a 3rd string goalie is not a recipe for a rebuilding team who is trading the younger cost controlled players.

So you want out best defenseman and top center prospect for a cap dump, a backup goalie, and some decent picks? That’s gonna be a hard pass

laugh laugh Delusional much, You're not getting a Top Pairing RD and our future #3 C for a bunch of scrubs Johnson is a joke and we can do better then DeSmith in net and picks that will be late no freaking way. How about Justin Abdelkader+Frans Nielsen+Darren Helm for Sidney Crosby+Evgeny Malkin and Kris Letang trash for trash.

They could add Malkin and Detroit still says no.
