Description
With the acquisition of Staal, Buffalo is one top 6 winger away from having an amazing top 6. I go out and trade for Rakell (the value may be off idk) to put on Eichel's wing with Olofsson and have Staal centering Skinner and Reinhart. This top 6 group can be as deadly as any other top 6 in the league. I sign Brassard who put up 32 points in a tight defensive system so he still has some jump in his game. I put him with Cozens with Kahun on the other side and that can be a very good skill line. The 4th line with Clifford and Lazar would be a wrecking crew. Signed Krug for fun, he would make the top 4 very good offensively.

I don’t see Anaheim giving up Rakell for Risto and a couple picks. The popular trade idea was Henrique or Silferberg. Now that we don’t need Henrique, Silferberg would be interesting.

I cant see any team giving out that much for Krug especially with a flat cap. Is he worth it? Yes absolutely i just think this year is going to be tough for UFAs to get big money

I think theyd compete with Toronto for 3rd in the atlantic. you never know with Boston either, if rask retires or gets traded that will be interesting

Not enough for Rakell. Maybe Montour, Tage Thompson, and 38th OA but even then I think it involves a 1st
