Alzner is a 4.625 mil cap hit but only 3 and 3.5 in actual pay respectfully. I think this is exactly what Eugene is looking for.

It probably wouldn't. Yes sure his cap hit is more than his actual owed money, but the owner cannot afford to pay the extra 3 million dollars that would be owed to this player through his salary. If we want to take on a cap dump there's cheaper options we would go for (Brendan Smith, Kris russell etc) who are owed less than what Alzer is supposed to be paid.
