I see it come up in so many BUF proposals, but NSH is never going to take Risto for picks. His cap hit makes no sense for them to put him on their 3rd pair, NSH's prospect pool is shallow, so they need those picks more than most teams, and it leaves them with too many defensemen to protect for the expansion draft.
