Leafs want to get 1 right shot D man but need 2 so here ya go. Lose offensive depth for defence, great trade off. Hopefully Vesey and Robertson can fill the net. But Andersen now has help so we keeping him.

Any trade proposal from Toronto for our defensemen needs to understand this. Because we are only trading a defenseman to make room for a Pietrangelo extension, which still requires 5-6 million in space off our current roster.

More Leafs insanity. The leafs have Rielly muzzin Dermott Holl lehtonen Sandin liljegren and marincin.

Of those Holl lehtonen liljegren Dermott and Marincin can play on the right side.

Why do leafs “need” two right shot Dmen? How is it that other teams use left shot Dmen in the right side but the leafs can’t?

liljegren, dermott marincin are not helping us in our own end. We need experienced D men or else the 1st round failures will continue

Blues are saving 2 mill on the return. They will take that and make other moves to resign a top 5 D man in the league. No shot leafs can spend 8+ on another player without destroying the offensive and defensive depth. NOT WORTH IT.

Actually all 3 do. Especially Dermott. He has looked fantastic. Even in the top 4. Exactly how much defensive help are you expecting from dumba?

Ok, why wouldn't we just makes those other moves and keep Parayko then?
