Description

The jets get the best player and give up the best pick. Minny gets the second best player and some decent picks. Montreal gets the best pick and the worst player. I'm sure this will get plenty of hate cause everyone on capfriendly like to pretend domi has no value. Also if I am being honest I think the jets get screwed here cause dumba is overrated.

I rather keep Domi if the price is right.... lets wait and see with the negotiation.

I think Montreal needs an offensive dman in their top 4

Yeah it’s pretty much 10OA for Dumba for the jets and Lundell, Sanderson, or really anyone at that 10 spot will be more valuable to the jets. I hope something like this goes down.

That's pretty balanced IMO, but it is not really a 3 way trade, since Montreal just flips Dumba to Winnipeg.

If I'm Montreal, I keep Dumba and explore trades for Petry witch would fetch a similar return. Or go for a playoff run fully loaded and risk loosing him on the market. Either way, Dumba would be an upgrade on Petry for the next 3 years.

i think you do this if Lundell is gone at 10 and youre left with Askarov or Sanderson

I had Dumba's value at Domi +2x2nd back in august.

No much difference value wise, but I feel like you need to overpay a little bit to break that MIN top 4.

Petry was 19th in the league for D and Weber was 27th. Montreal doesn't have any one who will be mistaken for a forward but they get plenty of offense from their D.

I like domi but if he stays it is at the wing and it doesn't sound like he or the team wants that

I don’t known, Sanderson has grown on me a lot actually. Yes we have Heinola and Samberg but I honestly see 1D potential in Sanderson, I would rather take him then trade for Dumba honestly

I don't care what you think about dumba, I don't want to give up one of our top 4 def with offensive skill and a right shot for another third line center, we currently have like 5 of those rn
