Way too much an overpayment from TOR's end! I wouldn't do Nylander for Dumba w/ retention straight up.

If I'm TOR and Dubas, I have to think about trading Marner... you can't have 3 forwards making 11mil a year. It's one too many.

Keep Nylander and trade Marner for something like a Pesce Teravainen package, with some picks involved there somewhere to balance things out.
