Yes, Dumba is now expendable because of the Brodin signing and the wild are in desperate need of a 1C

It is an overpayment but in my opinion teams with holes in their defense like Winnipeg, Vancouver and Montreal are going to overvalue Dumba and therefore overpay for him.
