None of the players from the Leafs in that trade are "ground beef". One is a 23 yr old 2nd pairing potential LHD and the other is already a 2nd pairing RHD, although he should probably be a bottom pairing RHD. I don't believe this really is what Buffalo would accept, as Joker has the highest ceiling in this trade, but you're being overly dramatic.

Definitely not. I just think this is nonsense. Would you even consider trading Rasmus Sandin for a 2nd round pick, Jake McCabe, Dominik Kahun?

Not at all. I'm not disagreeing with you that trade is not good, I'm just being an anal butthole about the constant barrage of "typical Leaf Fans" comments that plague this site. Most fans of every team have a skewed sense of player value. The Leaf fanbase is just bigger, so it sticks out more I guess.

You are right that it is an unfair trade in the Leafs favor though
