Bruins will probably want an LD in return and again, that's if they find a better LW. So instead than a 1st, maybe Ferraro and a pick.

Thats fair. Sharks wont do that but its not an unreasonable ask. We just need to pay pure futures as our team sucks to much to get rid of any presents

@ryancnbb Nailed it, if Kap gets 15 OA + then the B’s need to get more... they would need a legit roster player coming back, they’re not rebuilding for the time being.

Boston is not trading for futures. Maybe their spare parts for mid and late picks. But not the usable talent.

Boston would keep Debrusk if he's only going to cost $3.5M.

What do they want for Debrusk then? A D to replace Krug?

If they were to move him....yes. Big if. They have to replace him if they do. There are no internal options for that either. Only way they trade him is if contract talks hit an impasse.

They are not looking to. They are considering it if negotiations don’t go well. He wants long term, they want bridge deal. If they can’t come together then moving him as an option.

As i said there is nothing in the system to replace him and they can’t go into the season with Bjork and Ritchie as middle 6 LW.

They move him for a LD and sign a LW in free agency.
