It’s not horrible value for Nelson but I can’t see the Isles trading him if it isn’t for picks/prospects

The value is great for Brock but we can't do it. Our center depth is finally in a good place, can't afford to give him up.

Columbus says no for a variety of reasons, but among them:
- We need to add top-6 scoring forwards, not just make lateral plays
- Stastny is a one-year rental
- We already only have four picks this year. We're not gonna do this to take it down to three
