Dream off season wout Krug

Created by: Bcarlo25

Description
It’s been somewhat reported that Hall has always loved Boston. In this scenario, which I readily admit is not likely, he pulls a Hossa and signs for one year to try to boost his value, and chase a cup before going for a long term deal.

Trade is a bit of a home run attempt for Boston, sending a high value top six RFA, a pick, a prospect, and a salary balancer.

That doesn't come close to getting you Lindholm. Boston would need to throw in at least 1 of their top 3 prospects to even get the deal started. Debrusk isn't really needed in Anaheim. Something more like a 1st and one of Vaakanainen, Beecher, Lauko, or a prospect of a that calibre gets it started.

Awwwww that’s cute. Do you need a snack? I think your blood sugar might be low.

Bruins can sign a vet dman then avoid giving all that up. Not that I don’t think Lindholm is awesome.

I don’t think you can find a vet d man close to the level of Lindholm.

Nah, my blood pressure is actually really good.

I will say however mcavoy is worlds better than lindholm, is significantly younger, is cheaper, and has significantly more years of team control. Not really any comparison.

We can get a much better package for Lindholm somewhere else. Example: Montreal New York have offered worlds better offers

Would rather the Bruins not give up assets to get a vet dman. UFA seems much more plausible to me. Its not like the Bruins are going to be awful without OEL or Lindholm. Its Krug and his horrific 5v5 that will be departing.

Would still love to hear of these mythical offers from MTL.
