Description

In a zoom call, Devils AGM Dan MacKinnon said the Devils were looking for the following: 2 Defenders, a Top 6 Forward, and a 3rd Line winger. Also included that these players can be from Free Agency and Trades. Here is what I believe the Devils should do.

I think Blues and Tampa would want more so a first for Dunn and offersheet Cernak

Instead of 7 x 5 for Hoffman, sign Dadonov instead for 5.5-6 x 2-3 years

Devils can't offer sheet Cernak, don't have their own 2nd round pick. agreed on Dadonov

If Dunn get's moved then it will start with a first. There will be plenty of interest.

Probably going to have to fork over the AZ pick and a prospect for Dunn. Cernak may cost just as much. Don't want Hoffman, get Dadanov instead, bringing another Russian on the roster may help Goose reup as well.

You are corect about Cernack at 2.4. Why does TB do this? Your defenseman costs 1.5 and a third? If I post I try to look at both sides.
