Description
Are the trade values reasonable for Kuemper and Debrusk? The EDM and BUF trades were more like trying to throw poop on the wall to see if it sticks..

Arizona might accept, Doubt Boston accepts that. Rest might be okay.

Care to explain at all? Phoenix is rumored to be cutting salary and add picks. NYR 2nd Rd pick is same as late 1st. Boston gets a Debrusk replacement in Foegele and a future center from Harvard.

Lol Foegele has had one season and that production is 3rd line level. Doubt he'll be a consistent top6 LW. Bruins are/should only move DeBrusk if they get an upgrade at LW and they should only move him for an LD, assuming Krug is gone. Neither Skjei or neither Gardiner works. Don't want Dzingel either.

Unless you wanna do DeBrusk+ for Teravainen, I don't think CAR has anything that could make a deal work for both sides.

I have a really hard time seeing you get Kuemper without a 1st going to ARI.

There is lots of interest and it won't be cheap. They also probably don't want Reimer. I would imagine they run with Raanta/Hill.

Well for starters Risto was rumored to want out of BUF. He is more expensive than Gardiner but signed for one less year, which is a plus and a minus. Buffalo could use a 2nd PPQB and LHD in Gardiner and Mrazek would be a great platoon option to pair with Ullmark. If we traded for Kuemper we could have true "starter and back-up" roles rather than a 1A/1B situation and Hutton would fill the back-up role. Also, Hamilton and Pesce are coming off of injuries and we may very well need a RD, in Risto, capable of stepping up and playing big minutes. We could always look for a deadline deal for either Risto or Skjei or hold them for the expansion draft. Also IF Hamilton were to not re-sign we could look to trade him at the deadline and we would have Risto to hold down the right side. In some degree Hutton and Gardiner are viewed as cap dumps, however I can see either player benefiting the team that receives them.

DeBrusk is most likely gonna look like Bean + or as @bhavikp27 mentioned above Debrusk + for an upgrade. Cant see the B's being all that interested in Skjei and Gardiner, maybe Fleury.

So Drury doesn't move the needle at all? Dzingel doesn't provide any additional scoring? I agree Foegele hasn't produced at the same level as Debrusk, but this isn't a 1-for-1 trade. There is also some cap savings long term here. What if Bean or Fleury were included rather than Drury?

We need a good top4 LD if DeBrusk is moved and preferably, an established one. CAR doesn't have that.
